Welcome to the HCBA community.
For 45 years (October 21st, 1977) the HCBA has strived to maintain a strong and cohesive business community. We work hard to establish and nurture a community spirit between local businesses and surrounding neighborhoods.
We promote and organize events that educate the general public regarding the advantages of living, working and doing business in our area. We promote business growth and build community.
